Dolphin is the term which is generally applied to a steem user who is relatively established on and, who has built up around 10 - 100 MVESTs (approx. 5,000 - 50,000 HP).[1] Therefore, their influence over aspects steem such as voting power and payouts is usually much higher than "Minnows." Dolphins are generally considered to bridge the gap between "Minnows" and "Orcas."
