Following the succes of first Steemfest, Steemit's first meet-up conference which took place in Amsterdam on 11, 12 and 13 November 2016, the software developer and event organizer Roeland Landegent (@roelandp) on May, 30th, 2017, he announced the second edition of the event.
Planned to be held in Lisbon, Portugal, Steemfest 2 would occur from 1st to 5th of November 2017.
