GiftGiver is a site founded by Rishi556 to help users who are new to (originally) Steem get a delegation for free to continue interacting with the blockchain when the users ran out of Resource Credits.
History
Originally founded on the Steem blockchain, GiftGiver provided free delegations to users who ran out of Resource Credits just by them simply visiting the site and submitting the form. GiftGiver also had a curation initiative to vote for author's that were on its whitelist. It was an instant process. Since the fork to Hive, GiftGiver hasn't reenabled its delegation feature, but has instead launched their HIVE faucet.
